Nike SB x Todd Bratrud x BLENDS to benefit Keep A Breast Foundation

Last night’s release of the Todd Bratrud “Brain Wreck” Dunk was a success. We still have quite a few smaller sizes left between 4 and 7.5 for sale — so for all of you on the small size of the foot spectrum… come on by! If you missed snagging a pair of Nike x Todd Bratrud Dunk Hi SB – Brain Wreck you are just in luck. Artist Todd Bratrud will be selling 50 pairs of his personal stock of his third design with Nike following up to the release of the “Send Helps” and “Bratrud” at the legendary shoe shop Blends July 22nd during Comic Con. Proceeds from the sales will benefit The Keep A Breast Foundation. The capsule sale will feature the dunk-hi with grey suede/fuschia santeen tongue, brain stitch lining, and Brain Wreck written on the back heel and will be paired with a comprehensive packaging execution for the first 49 buyers, and one raffle winner.
The July 22nd Sale of Bratrud’s personal stock will be paired with a large number of relevant accessories with a Brain Wreck motif. Each set will come with a custom designed skateboard with Brain Wreck graphic that will include a Todd Bratrud mini print that is signed and numbered by the artist with matching Brain Wreck grey terry headband and special “organ transport cooler” to hold your shoes or your next six pack.
The Brain Wreck packages will be available for purchase on July 22nd from 6pm to 9pm at Blends in San Diego during which Keep A Breast will have a custom breast cast painted by Bratrud on display from Micki Krimmel a well established writer and blogger whose online and print publications including Wired Magazine, SXSW World and Oprah Magazine. Joining in the celebration is Honest Tea and Miho GastroTruck as well as an afterparty at El Dorado Bar with All Things Rad DJs Profile and DJ Iron.
Raffle tickets will be available for a $5 donation in stores and online starting July 9th. Raffle tickets can be purchased online at www.firstgiving.com/brainwreck Your name will be written on one ticket per each $5 donation to be drawn 5 minutes before the sale of the shoe. Include your shoe size in donation area.
