Niederfrank’s is a National City institution. Since 1948, they have been the mecca for those looking for the best ice cream offerings in San Diego. For over 60 years, they’ve maintained an everything made on premises policy using all-natural ingredients. I had the pleasure of enjoying a cup of their French Vanilla… and it was damn good.
