Christmas Island S/T 7" via Captured Tracks

Last night, I was planning on seeing Christmas Island play a warehouse show just down the street form my apartment, but as soon I got to there, I noticed that I forgot my wallet. No problem. Getting to my apartment, I noticed that my wallet was there but my drivers license was missing. Then and there I remembered that I had left it with my tax preparer just two hours earlier. Damn. So everyone in town for ASR that I said that I was going to hang out with last night, apologies. Ended up staying home with my pre-21 years old rights. Bummer.

Anyway, here are some of the things that I picked up while I was in LA last Tuesday. Above is Christmas Island’s Self Titled 7-inch (Captured Tracks) that I had purchased at Origami Vinyl. A great record. Go buy it. Below, is Ryan Willms’ Inventory Magazine that I bought at Craft. Only 5,000 copies printed. Curated well and designed well. Highly recommended.
